Hunting & Fishing Animal Internals Diagrams

Hey all,

I'm trying to get one centralized location for diagrams of various animals that annotate their vitals, to study up on good shot placement for a variety of game.

I can't seem to find one good spot for that information. Could you guys point me towards a good resource, or let's make one here by posting some.

I don't know a vertebrate than can take a shot behind the ear or in the upper neck and run away, after lots of "traditional" shots on deer and especially wild hogs, I have decided taking the DRT high neck shot is better than walking 150 yards through head high briars....

Just to the rear of the shoulder. The Vital Area (heart/lung) is aprox. 8.5-9 inches in diameter.

I hunt by the TexMex border since the early 80s. The senderos at my buddy's place are narrow, sometimes only 2 blades wide, if you don't drop the deer right there and they run off in the high brush, you may not find it. Some of the areas are so thick that you have to crawl at eye level to some critters, even those crawling things with noisy tails. Over the years I've popped the deer right there and they drop every time.
