And how am I paying your bills? Do you have health insurance through your work? That's how. It's a big pot and when you dip in it more than you need to for your smoking related illness, then all of us pay extra. They should charge smokers more.

It's common since that if one eats fast food everyday they're going to become fat. Just like it's common since that if one smokes for 30 years you might just end up with cancer.

What we've done and continue to do with this stupid ideology that some of your spew is to remove all responsibility from the individual. However I didn't run a campaign to ban loud exhaust. This was my families problem, I didn't ask other people to curtail to my sons needs. I had to find solutions for him, not screw with other peoples lives. Apparently we have different view points on this as well. </span>I can take this argument and spin it right around on firearm rights. What now you’re going to tell me it's ok for some people to own them but not others? I mean they are dangerous aren't they? They kill people right? It's endless, when you pass laws and get the government evolved realize you can never regain those rights that you sold to the government, correct me if I'm wrong but have they ever been big on giving up power.

Oh as far as smoking goes I’ll give you a little insight about myself. Remember that thing I said about common since. Well see here’s how smoking works when you have some. I have always stood 20 some odd feet from the doors of a restaurant. However tell me, why is it that every restaurant places the ashtray next to the damn doors? If you happen to be walking towards me I place my hand behind my back, you know the one that’s holding that cigarette. Not to mention I wait to take a drag on my cancer stick when you walk away. I have never smoked in my house or wife’s car. Nor have I ever smoked in my truck with my kids in it. Nor do I want people smoking in a restaurant or any other building for that matter. That’s not really common since as much as it’s common courtesy. However if I’m <span style="text-decoration: underline">outside</span> fishing, at the gun range or working on my house with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth and you have the gall to be offended. Go pound sand, you’re not worth my time.

Restaurants put ashtrays next to the doors because they are sick of picking up after inconsiderate smokers. Selfish smokers who flick their butts on the ground with no regard for who has to pick that crap up. It takes a person to clean up your mess and that person is then not able to do their job in the restaurant. Now you "place your hand behind your back" as if the cigarette smoke just automatically dissipates and goes away. It doesn't. That big drag you blew out right before you saw us come around the corner is still floating around. <span style="color: #FF0000">Then go back around the corner and wait</span>. Anyone who's been in a smoke screen knows that unless there is a breeze, the smoke will linger. So just because you make a lame effort to "hide" your cigarette doesn't mean your effort is affective. <span style="color: #FF0000">Your right I shouldn't even try to make a effort. It's obvious you won't be satisfied unless everyone stops smoking.</span> And if YOU decide to be courteous, or considerate, doesn't mean your fellow smokers feel the same way. Because I guarantee you're the exception to the rule. </span>
Oh and btw, I would like to invite some of you up to Kentucky and tell these tobacco farmers that are supporting their families what they’re doing is evil and wrong. I bet you dollars to donuts you won't have much attitude left in you after that conversation.
