any cheaper alternative to a magnum lite .22 lr?

Been looking at the Magnum lite .22 lr rifle by Magnum research for a while. really like the hogue stock, heavy barrel and milled pic rail in the receiver, but i've read now that the trigger group in em is worse than a 10/22. so back to the drawing board i guess. anyone have any advise on a semi-auto, heavy barreled .22 that they really liked?

i have a PWS summit that is the bomb. Right around the same price. Awesome trigger. but.... it is bolt ish action. straight pull. Check them out though.
