Yeah, It seemed like the had a 10% off with free shipping on a monthly basis. I haven't seen hardly anything from them lately though.

Its been that way since January I think. In order to get free shipping and have discounts you have to be an edge member. Non edge members still get the coupon discounts but still pay for shipping.

Activejunky gives 4% cashback for purchases from Brownells.

If you buy items on sale + coupon codes + AJ 4% cash back, its still a good deal.
