Re: Any issues with Vortex Tracking?
If you mean by "track true" that the scope adjustments are repeatable from one round trip to the next, then you should have no issues with the PST's. In the unlikely event that you do, Vortex CS will remedy the situation pretty darn fast.
If you mean that one click equals exactly .250 MOA (as an example), then very few scopes "track true". This is why we calibrate our scopes. While many may end up being very close, I have only owned one that was exact and you might be surprised by the manufacturer. As an illustration and for FYI, here are my calibration results:
Vortex Razor 5-20x50 = .258 MOA/click
Vortex Razor 5-20x50 = .259 MOA/click
Vortex Razor 5-20x50 = .258 MOA/click
NF F1 3.5-15x50 = .251 MOA/click
NF F1 3.5-15x50 = .252 MOA/click
NF F1 3.5-15x50 = .252 MOA/click
NF F1 3.5-15x50 = .254 MOA/click
NF NXS 5.5-22x50 = .251 MOA/click
<span style="font-weight: bold">Sightron SIII 3.5-10x44 = .250 MOA/click</span>
Bushnell 6500 2.5-16x42 = .262 MOA/click
Bushnell 6500 2.5-16x42 = .254 -.263 MOA/click (not repeatable, demoted to "shelf duty".)
