Rifle Scopes Any one running a NXS 8-32 w/ BORS?

I've been looking at the NP-R2 with the .125 clicks, will the BORS system work with all the NXS 8-32's? I heard the BORS wouldn't work if it has high speed turrets. Would this mean I would have to purchase an older model scope to couple with the BORS?

BORS are 4-5 years outdated, but supposedly working on upgrade for newer scopes with HS turrets. I'll have to see it to believe it. No MRAD barrel conversions after 2yrs. I don't know if Barrett is too busy with military orders to deal with their civilian customer needs or if their civilian sales have been too low to make it worth their time.

are you buying BORS, or want to buy?

I want to buy a Night Force scope for 300 yard local F class matches and need the higher magnification. Also I's a .308 10 fp it's going on and I also use this rifle to hunt wood chucks, and white tail deer. I figured NXS is a little tougher than the Bench rest scopes and since I have a pretty good budget I thought the BORS system would be a fun item to have.

Thanks for the info agbm and sib1948, I'll probably just get the 8-32x NXS 1/8" clicks hs turret with out zero stop, and just hope
the future BORS will work sometime down the road.

As someone who has used one... Don't throw your money away...

A 10$ app for your phone is more useful then a Bors.. And will gave you a more accurate reading..

Buy a nice scope...
Buy a nice ballistic app..

Spend the rest u save on ammo or classes... You will be better off
