any one using the manner's MCS-DBM Mini Chassis.

Re: any one using the manner's MCS-DBM Mini Chassis.

I have one for my Badge M2008 and I like it a lot. Easy to remove the action to swap barrels and it bolts in tight every time. The rifle has taken some knocks and I haven't once worried about it either. They're good to go!

Re: any one using the manner's MCS-DBM Mini Chassis.

Im also using one with an M2008. I try not to remove and install the action if I dont have to, as it is a nice super-snugg fit, but no fitting issues at all, and it feeds like a champ.

No bedding, no pillars, nothing but bolt in and torque down.

Re: any one using the manner's MCS-DBM Mini Chassis.

I have a long action and short action Manners with mini chassis and they are perfect. My rifles shot better when attached to them and no bedding needed.

(its a bad ass system. i highly recommend it and there is no bedding so its very cost effective and easy to swap barreled actions if needed.)

this is what i was going to do thank you. do they still have the screw holes on the side of the stock ?

Sledge Hammer said it best "My rifles shot better when attached to them and no bedding needed". I also have the chassis it a short action and long action stock both stocks being t4's. The short action stock is on a 308 and it is not bedded. I have several targets with groups it the .2 to .3 range. The long action stock will be going on a 280AI. Just waiting for it to get built. They are great stocks.

Re: any one using the manner's MCS-DBM Mini Chassis.

Mine has proven to be very good. I've since ordered another mini-chassis. As with all chassis systems there should be a sanity check to make sure everything fits as it should and I'm pretty sure that Manners offers this service for customers. Blindly slapping an action into a stock is not guaranteed to produce positive results.

My 308 is about to come back from them, probably next week from talking with Manners and they're fitting the barreled action to the mini-chassis for me.
