So I just bought an american defense 20 moa mount from primary arms for my pst 1-4. I was talking to someone and they said I might not be able to zero my scope in at 100 yards. I figured id get the 20 moa mount In case in the future I go with a high power scope and want to reach out further. I know I dont need the 20 moa now, just figured it wouldnt have any negatives to have. Does anybody have this combination? Any opinions? Im building a ar15 right now. All I have left is a barrel nut and buffer. Waiting on everything else to show up. Might be a little while before I get to try and sight the rifle in so im asking here. Might have to send mount back and get the regular ad recon mount
Thanks

I don't know of too many people that have done what you are in the process of. FYI Vortex is claiming a TON of internal elevation and windage adjustement on the 1-4x24 PST line. You should have no problem zeroing your scope at 100yds.

Who ever told you it wont be able to zero is ignorant especially if you have the exposed turret version. The exposed turret version could be probably be zeroed on a 60moa base with 220 moa internal travel. The capped version only has 90 moa travel, but you will still be more than fine.
