Anybody got any good loads for a AAC SD w/ 175 vld

Mine does not like 175's at all but loves the 168 AMAX! Dropped one last year shooting the 168 from about 220 yards. Didn't really have any hunting loads worked up so I just used one of my long range loads and it was awesome. Shot it from about 220 yards away and it ran about 10 yards and dropped. Processed it and it desytroyed almost the whole heart and severed the very top of the lungs off. I was pretty amazed at the damage it did. I believe the load I was using was a 168 AMAX with 43.5 grains of Varget.
I had better luck with 168 vlds in my 308 tactical, with the 175 vld I just never could locate the sweet spot for jumping. Berger has a new 168 classic hunting hybrid that shares the same B.C. as the 175 vld and that looks like what I will be using this year if I don't take the 260 out for deer. Out of my 26" Winchester stealth I am pushing 2750 with 44g varget and its shooting some awesome groups at 3-6 hundred.

I run 178 amax in my sps tactical with factory installed aac 51t, and also same in my ltr.

Thanks fellows. I would LOVE to run the 168 classic but I've got a ton of 175's. I had some 178 hornady bthp with 47.8
Pp2000mr loaded up for a GA P Crusader and decided to give them a try just for the hell of it. 5 shots were less than 1/2" at 100
yards! Quite naturally , they don't make them anymore. Haven't had time to fool with it any more but I appreciate all the leads.... AS

My AAC-SD is shooting M118LR factory loads well past 600m quiet well. I am getting a MV of 2747 with the lot I have right now and plan on sticking with M118LR factory loads and or Southwest Ammo's M118LR recipe.
Farthest I've shot this lot of ammo to date is 1000m (1093 yards) so my SWAG is that 1200 yards would be a max for it. I'll have to grab my PDA and see what it says for 1200 yards but my guess is definitely transsonic at that point.

Thats what I thought too but I got 2700 out of an almost identically set up 2nd gun using the same lot of ammo the same day.

Ha, I had to laugh this morning. I HAD an sps Tac 1:12 that I got rid of a while back. I have about 100 168 vlds loaded to 2.965 average coal. Decided to bolt one and hope I didn't have to grab a hammer. Sharpied it black... Just kissing the lands. So I'll give those a whirl tomorrow after we get done working on food plots
