Check out Eric Leija on facebook, he works with ONNIT, he posts videos of complexes everyday on facebook .. I have at least 50 saved and do them daily. I also purchased his KB program but haven't started it yet. REALLY good workouts

A1: Barbell deadlift, hang clean, push press complex- 5 reps x 10sets B1:barbell bench 20 reps x 5 sets B2ull ups 20x5 sets B1:KB pistol grip press- 15 x 5 sets B2:KB double row- 15 x 5 sets C1: KB front squat- 15 x 5 sets C2: Double KB arm swing- 15 x 5 sets D1: hanging windshield wipers- AMRAP x 5 sets D2: alternating explosive KB pushup- 6 each side x 5 sets
