This is a plugged 6.5 mm Wintac accuracy international barrel for project only. I marked the section of bore obstruction (black line to chamber). The muzzle crown is also in mind condition. To this point, I don't think the barrel is fixable.

I sent this to a gunsmith, who tried to drill through the obstruction and has also failed. The same gunsmith also damaged the chamber during the attempt. He also damaged the cerakote finishing a little.

it might have been able to push it out hydraulically - before all that other crap was stuffed down there and the chamber ruined.

First thing I would have done is stuck in the Deep Freeze for several hours. Definitely possible bullet could have been pushed out with the dimensional change.

I like the hydraulic idea but not sure where you can find the fixture they can do the job

What about a blank? If simple hydraulic pressure would push it out. I think firing a blank would probably be a lot easier

A blank put it in there. A blank aint going to get it out.

Also barrel thread sizes are standard thread sizes. so it wouldn't take much to make one if needed.
