It's a Tag Heuer Caliber E4 45mm steel Smart Watch. WIth an image enhancer, you can read "Connected" and see the Heuer logo. Then All you have to do is connect to it via WiFi in the Auditorium hack the password and it takes a photo of itself and sends to PM's. According to his watch, LL also walked 4.375 miles yesterday and ate pancakes at Dennys. ;-)
