Anyone can identify this chassis?

Hello guys is someone able to identify this chassis? Only thing I know is it is for Rem 700 SA. It has a folding stock with a FAB Defence SSR 25 on it so some sort of buffertube interface it seems. Was thinking it is a XLR but the handguard is attached with some type of "barrel nut" it seems.
