Magically within a week of the election, there are big "spikes" im COVID cases all over the country, particularly in states Trump "needs to win" etc. Almost like on cue, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Florida and a few others have a sudden spread in cases....

Of course the death rate isn't really climbing unlike at the beginning of this thing....

But all you hear is cases, cases, cases... no more talk about ICU's "being overrun", or hospital's overloaded, etc....

Cases, cases, cases....

This, to me, raises a big red flag on possibly forcing polls closed in swing states due to some public health emergency law bullshit in MI or some other swing state run by a commie, etc and cause a complete shitshow.

From what I've seen, the news looks like it calls even the most minor increase a "spike" if they think it'll scare people. Looking at the three-day averages here in GA, it's a consistent rise-and-fall and sure, the rises seem like "spikes" but if you look at the 7-day average and the overall graph lines, it's still trending downward.

A few days ago we had all of 1 reported death for COVID on that day. The next day it was more, but ANY number is gonna seem like a "spike" by comparison.

Me , not really not when hospitals are paid more for positive cases , and not since every death is covid related even gun shot to the head , drunk ran over by car , drunk driver died in car crash you name it its all being listed as covid related I am acutally more shocked that eddie van halen's death though it was from cancer was not made into a covid case or was it . How anyone could be shocked to find more infected people when they test millions of people per day shocking is surprising . the fact that of all those infected how few really need hospitalization is a much better stat to me anyway .

Has anyone made statistical comparisons between the Spanish Influenza Pandemic of 1918-1919 and COVID-19? Damn, the timing of this "surge" is unreal. Looking at the trend lines...it's amazing. Not even paying attention to what the hacks in the media are spewing. The folks over at the Wuhan Institute of Virology have set the benchmark for asymmetric warfare. We are right at what I'm seeing as the peek of the second surge. ( Give or take about 4 to 7 days). The data I ran was with day 1 being 3/01/20 and today being day 242. I'm showing the downward trend on day 250.

This cold weather was NOT dry at all as it has rained/mist since Sunday night...

And again, you missed my point, that with cold weather JUST SHOWING UP 3 DAYS AGO it's, according to the scientists, impossible for a virus that has a generalized 7-10 day incubation period, to start showing a rise in cases that soon.

Well, I guess I need a tin foil hat as well. Trump is riding the greatest economy in the world as its highest point in January with the re-election a near certain lock. Out pops a virus from the Wuhan "wet market", which is the same city as the Wuhan Virology Institute. This is the highest level lab in China, and a bioweapons lab for the CCP. The virus has a longer latency period, that coupled with a high R0 value make it super easy to transmitted in a population before the first host has signs or symptoms. The lethality is relatively low, but high enough to cause a panic. Enough of one to lock down countries. Especially countries that allow their populations travel freely. This causes panic, the media pile on, blame Trump, and the country and economy get shuttered, the market plunges losing trillions of dollars in less than 45 days. The country trust to find a vaccine, and low and behold, guess what country has the majority of the raw materials to make a vaccine in the numbers that are required to protect our population? The second surge that we are seeing now is a closely timed to be peaking on the day of the presidential election. All the while Trump's opponent's family has deep ties to the country where this virus originated. This shit should be listed as science fiction. But because my mind cannot get around the obscene amount of coincidences to believe otherwise, I'll just have to go with Occam's razor. BTW, the surge numbers match the curves of the 1918-19 Spanish Influenza pandemic very closely. The downward trend is just on the horizon. So when folks say that they virus will be over on November 4th, they are honestly not that far off. It will most likely make people go bonkers when it works out that way.
