Just curious if anyone got their Giruard shipped lately. Just anticipating my latest Giruard trimmer with excitement after I gave one to a family member. He usually ships in batches, so I'm a hoping !

I called and ordered it direct from them. I think someone was/is selling a .308/.223 version here on the hide.

Thirty complete trimmers and six sets of case holders and cutter heasds go out this morning, 4/27/09. I still have 60 or so on the backlog. Next thirty will go out probably 5/10/09.

I got mine about a week ago with about the above mentioned 4 week wait. Thanks Doug, this thing makes easy work of 50bmg cases!!! The trimmer is worth the wait guys!!

man, I guess my order just missed that last list. I was hand grinding away today. prepaid even just to make sure there was no delay in processing, not to get it earlier. he sure has the market, and rightfully so ! Loved it when I got it the first time, damn I miss it.

Prepaying does nothing but make it more difficult to handle and causes separate problems becuase its different from every other order recieved. The time quoted when ordering is as accurate as possible. Prepaying means I have to segragrate(sp?) your order from everything else to avoid double charging.
All orders are handled in the order they are received. If you wanted it earlier, you should have ordered it sooner. Sorry, but that's the truth and the fairest way to handle it. The rush created by our new fearless leader has resulted in unprecendented demand for an item far beyond what could be planned for. Unfortunately, I cannot beleive that this demand will remain in place long enough to hire and train additional help. I would hate to hire somebody only to have to let them go right after they become proficent enough to do the required work without extraordinary supervision or hire enough to match demand at the expense of quality product delivered.
