How the hell do you get "rained out" in western Nebraska in mid-May? Did it rain a whole .10" or something? Must have been something "starting at 5 a.m." when the sun doesn't come up til 5:30 thereabouts in mid-May. I can see why it got changed from "Practical Rifle" to "Precision Rifle". "Snipers" don't take "rain days".

In western Nebraska? Oh yeah. It rains all the time. At least once a month on average. Up to 15 inches of precipitation a year. Its just southeast of Seattle, you know.
