Accessories Anyone have a McMillan Winchester M70 or FN SPR Stock, or HS Precision?

Looking for an A1-3, A3, or A5 McMillan stock, or HS Precision Tactical Stock to build out my dad's Winchester M70. He is currently using an HS precision stock (sporter) and would benefit from a more vertical grip and higher cheek comb. At some point, he will want to convert from the hinged floor plate to a DBM, so if you have a stock that has a DBM in it, that is a win-win and would be interested.

Not picky on colors. Will do the bedding on my side if needed.

I might have one. I saw it in the barn a couple weeks ago. The box with it has been moved. I’ll try to find it and measure it to make sure its short action. I bought it for a 308 that I got from my uncle’s estate years ago. That rifle ended up being LA (even though it was a factory 308). So, the stock has sat in a box for over 10 years. IF I can find it, I’ll send it your way. Believe it is an A1-3.

Can you measure the distance between the action screws for me? I believe they should be about 7 1/8” or 7 1/16”

Id call Long rifles Inc. They do great work and you might be able to have them order a flat top manners, then inlet it for you....
They are who I sent my model 70 action to for blueprinting then they put a Bartlein carbon fiber 26inch 7mm rem mag on mine.... and it friggen shoots

I had LRI build a 6.5 saum off of Win 70 wsm action last fall and they said they could inlet any flat top stock to a Win model 70.

It does not have a DBM unfortunately. It's got a hinged bottom plate. I forgot exactly which one but if I can find the exact model online I'll link it and post it.

Ideally I need a complete stock with a DBM I can drop the w70 into. My dad is shooting 80gr eld bullets which are too long for a BDL setup, so he needs the mags for the longer OAL.
