Anyone have experience with Citadel AR 15 barrels:

Alpha Shooting Sports is carring AR barrels from a company called Citadel. I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience with them and how they shoot. I'm specifically looking at there 20" heavy stainless fluted one. The price is definetly right.

IF... IF this is the same citadel that makes the 1911 stuff, then it is a division of Rock Island Armory. The pistols are good from there, I have one and it flat runs.

If not, then no idea.

I knew a Lieuentant that attended the Citadel - he was a clown. Not sure if this helps, but I'd be wary of the company based on that.
