Anyone know a good smith that can do a sharp edge bevel job on a PPKS, love the gun but the edge on the beaver tail draws blood after like a box of ammo.

Found a local shop with good reviews to bevel it, didn’t notice it even had a little blood spot on the beaver tail.
I was also asked if I wanted to do a 11 degree crown job, is this something I should debate?
