Anyone make large molle panels?

Looking for a large molle panel 12" x (16-32") with the molle running lengthwise. 5.11 used to make one called the COVRT Large Insert, but it appears they stopped making it. Want to put it in one side of a double rifle case and mount uppers and accessories to it...

Can it be rigid, or do you need nylon?

Pelican makes a plastic rigid panel for their cases, but you can mount them pretty much anywhere. They obviously won’t work if you need a soft panel though.

It needs to be rigid (the 5.11 is). I can just glue some felt on top...
