Anyone seen powder like this before?

Bought a lot of reloading stuff off a widow, husband had 3 jugs of this in un marked containers with a note that said h4198 pulled from 45-70
I know it’s not h4198 I’ve never seen powder this big

I don't know what the avenue would be that you would acquire it, but AFAIK it's just powder. Not explosive so the ATF doesn't really have anything to do with it.

In fact, powderbag guns are not even "firearms" under the federal definition because they don't fire fixed ammunition. Check state and local laws before you go nuts.
 
I’m thinking 4 pieces in dasher 5 pieces for the gay tiger; should yield great velocities and low sds. I’ll give it another season till all the comp guys are out of powder and primers before I sell it lol
