I ran into a gent I know who is very much into body building. He was a major juicer but quite and went all natural about five years ago. I had not seen him in about three months and was impressed in how big he has gotten again. I asked the question....and he told me nope...that he was using a supliment called Tonkat Ali. Has anyone here used it or heard of good results?
I have done some searching about it but most of the info I found on it is pretty biased sounding to buy a perticular brand or another.
He said he is taking 2400mg daily and cycling it with 5 days on and three days off. He swears by it and the results on him look pretty amazing.
The stuff is kinda expensive for the brand he is using and dosage he is taking. About $140.00 for a two week supply.
