Anyone use Scharch processed .308 brass?

I have used the .223 processed brass from Scharch (Top Brass) and had really good success. I was just curious if anyone has used the .308 brass. My thought was to use this for my DPMS, but I do not want to use it if this will be something to kill accuracy. I realize it is not Lapua, but I want to utilize my Lapua brass for bolt action only.
Any opinions,... good or bad?

I got 1000 pieces of Scharch processed 308 brass 11 years ago.

I think it is all LC97

Back then it was $40/10000 delivered.

If this brass was processed all the same is there any reason it would not produce better than MOA accuracy?

It's mixed headstamp, so okay but not great. Go to brassmanbrass and get some from him, I think he has 1X fired fed (not my first choice but it will be much more consistent than LC with headstamps from 78-09).

Scharch brass is good to go-just don't know how consistent you want it. I have no problem whatsoever, but I've been told before my standards may leave something to be desired. Far as I'm concerned, I'll never buy another round of once-fired brass that has not been processed. It'll be Scharch all the way.

Editing to add: I personally am not accurate enough to notice the miniscule difference that using mixed LC brass might make. Once I settle on a load, I grab a handful of brass and start loading. My range is limited to 200 yds, and I'm there to have fun with the ARs.

More or less echoing what others have said, I made the "good for plinking" comment primarily because you get a batch of mixed headstamp brass from them 99% of the time. This leaves much to be desired in the uniformity department, but the quality of their processing is quite good, so I normally use them to supply primed brass that I use for my .223 and .308 plinking loads. It would be one thing if you were getting onced fired Lapua or Winchester brass, but honestly you never know from batch to batch. It's a great deal regardless and makes a hell of a lot of sense for plinking instead of using new brass.

I am gonna give it a try... I have used thier .223 mixed processed brass and had great results (less than MOA accuracy). You can't beat the price, that is for sure. Hopefully the .308 brass will be just as good! Its just hard to justify Lapua for a semi auto!
