Blast is not to bad on a 260. It really is effective at taming the recoil. Even on a 260 there is not much recoil but the YHM Phantom Brake really cuts it down even more. Feel like Im shooting my 223 rifles. No difference with the can on... they do seem to lock up better.

i will have my can on 95% of the time, so is buying the brake over the FH it comes with "worth" anything to me...
is the recoil with the brake + can the same as FH + can?

You won't feel anything different. Its all doing the same thing inside the suppressor. But the brake does act as another blast baffle, further life for your suppressor is never a bad thing. I like the brake and I ordered them direct from YHM. They were in stock when I ordered, had them within a few days.
