Just got my rifle together the other day. Plan is to run 130 Norma diamonds with H4350. Making up a velocity ladder today, to shoot tommorow.

Thought about testing 40.5-41.5, but unfamiliar with this caliber so curious what range you guys might suggest testing.

Also wondering what velocity you suggest trying to shoot them. I've read old post online saying anywhere from 2800-2950.

    Thanks for any thoughts.

I sure hope you have a good supply of the bullets. I shot the golden target, which I moly'd myself for 7 yrs in 2 rifles. I never had to quit shooting, but it was close a couple times, there were 2 yr droughts of that bullet.
I'm sure nothing about my rifles resembled yours, I shot 26" barrels.
VV N 550 was my go to powder, it was never hard to find during the crunches. My barrels of choice were Brux and Krieger, only once was ever to take one over 2900 with any accuracy(2920), and I lived with it, but it was not optimum. 2850-2870fps seemed to be the sweet spot in all of them.
If you are looking to bring the heat to this case, RL 16 may be a better option, IMO

I have been using Norma GT 130 grain with Norma 203-B powder in my 6,5x47L. It is very stable with single digit ES, but its on the slow side at 2730 fps. Every time I try to speed things up, accuracy goes out the window. The barrell is a Shilen select match and it has passed over 1800 rounds through it.
This year I might just try another powder for it, like Norma URP or VV N150 which is similar to H4350 and see if I can find a good node with higher speed.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I did buy enough to shoot barrel out, 3k last year when Midway had them. I bought the bare version, but saw coated available not long ago also. Interesting you say 2850-2870, had a fellow shooter suggest the same not long ago. I will explore this range well.
