Suppressors Anyone using a Silencerco hybrid 46 with a .338 Lapua?

I have a hybrid that I use with my .458 socom and was thinking about a .338 build. If you have any experience with it, how is it? Still loud as heck? Is there another I should be looking at?

Sure have. It's not hearing safe in my opinion. Def borderline. With the anchor brake attached recoil is okay. Flat cap I would probably prefer to shoot it with just as brake right on the edge of my ability to shoot it without flinching.

Now with the big bore harvester it's not bad at all and I feel good with no hearing protection.

My buddy runs his Hybrid on a 338 Norma. Id call it hearing safe but will admit its close to the edge.

Mine is a 20"barrel. I imagine his Norma is 24 or 26" prolly takes it down a db or 2.

Shot with anchor brake with no ear pro without an issue. Without anchor brake, it was over the sound edge

I have used a Hybrid on a 338WM Loud (not hearing safe) and after two or three shots the mirage from the heat is horrendous.
