I have a new MDT Pistol Grip Elite in FDE and a LUTH-AR "The Chubby" FDE grip, the chubby has had some dremel work on the right side for use with ambi safety levers. The LUTH-AR has a large thumb ledge while the MDT has a bump out on both sides but not as pronounced as the chubby. LUTH-AR grip is more of a "plastic" feel with nice grip pattern whereas the MDT has a rubbery feel like a Hogue overmold grippy surface. These work with AR-15, AR-10 and other supported AR platforms like the AI ATX et al.
