I’m gonna anneal and resize and see what happens, Is it worth putting an adjustable gas block, if they are not ok I will put some Velcro on

You asked a question, someone answered.

Your gun needs tuned I'd suggest reading up on common problems with this platform.
Nothing wrong with an AGB so as long as you buy a decent product

I saw that someone answered my question, my response was just telling them I was going to see if it was fixed by my normal reloading process, like annealing and expander mandrel ( like they suggested) before I put Velcro on gun, if I buy a AGB, I will buy a good one

Personally I don't like AGB's. I have them
but I don't run suppressors and have found there are other way to skin the cat.
The last three builds I didn't use them. Payed more attention to gas port size and buffer system and they run fine.

My 6 ARC is the first one that I've used velcro on. Was getting the case mouth dented a little so just put a little bit on the shell deflecter. No biggie.
Yours is over gassed and you can go after a fix anyway you choose.
