Noveske does not have a .308 switchblock as of yet. I spoke with Joel a few years ago and he indicated that they may come out with one in the future, but as for now, their are none available.
Running my Noveske AR10 suppressed compared to my M110 at work, the AR10 seems to be a lot less over-gassed; by that I mean that I do not get a face full of crap when I am shooting my AR10 suppressed as I do when I am shooting my M110. The Ar10 seems to get dirty at a slower rate too. This all could be due to my AR10 only having 700 rounds through it and the 110 having 2,000+ rounds down the tube, either way my AR10 is much more pleasant to shoot.
Anyways, Armalite does sell their adjustable gas block separate from the SASS rifle, but you would have to by it with the hand guard, it is for rifle length gas systems .875
