anyone have any knowledge or opinions on the new area 419 suppressors? I’m in the market for my first suppressor to go on a 18”6.5 CM and thought they looked interesting.

do you have a suggestion on a suppressor? I’ve read tons is reviews on a lot of them, I just like first hand accounts.I think that’s a competition focused product. You’d probably do better buying a dedicated suppressor vs a modular brake/suppressor.
Not really, I’m taking my time with this rifle because I want it to be as nice as it can be, I considered a budget build but decided against it. I just don’t want to get it all built and regret cutting corners somewhere. You have a budget?
After using one do you think it’s of the same build quality and sound quality as the TBAC suppressors?I just got done shooting one in long and short configuration in 260. They are local for me. Very impressed with the tone and performance.
After that review the only thing keeping me on the fence is the thunder beast reputation for amazing suppressors. Idk I may just wait awhile longer for more long term area 419 tests. The Maverick is not just a competition can. Its a modular can that allows you to shoot fully suppressed or in its "competition mode". I've shot it in both aspects and it provides you 2 completely different feels and sounds (obviously). They have posted some nice videos comparing to similar sized cans.

That’s exciting. I’m an Ohio guy and try to support somewhat local business as much as I can. The 419 can also has a really unique look which I’m diggin. We will start shipping out a pretty significant number of cans next week, you'll be seeing them in the wild soon!

I’m from the Oxford, hamilton area. Southwestern part of the state. I haven’t shot matches yet but looking forward to getting into it. Currently in the middle of my first precision rifle build.Where in the state are you? Shoot matches much? May be able to let you shoot one for yourself.
I have the Hellfire adaptor for the Omega. It works well, it's lighter than the native QD mount, and I don't see any change in accuracy. It is a lot of moving parts though, all threaded in opposite directions. Hard to get it so that nothing is loose. I sort of wish I'd gone with a simpler direct thread system, probably TBAC. That being said I have a Maverick on order now.Does anyone have any experience with the Hellfire or Sidewinder adapters for the Silencerco Omega. I'm sure being made by Area 419 it's good to go, but I was just wondering if anyone had used it since it's relatively new.

Yeah I was wondering about the opposite threading, and if it caused suppressor seizing and things of that nature. The last thing I want to do is get my can stuck or have the adapter always coming off. And I don't feel like carrying around the SiCo wrench every time I shoot. But thanks for the feedback.
Use it on several cans, including an omega. Works great. The key to not having the threads work against each other is to have the can adapter tight with a dab of locktite. Never had one come undone, or lock itself up.
