Rifle Scopes Armalite inc. brand scope?

I found a armalite inc. mfg 4-14 x50mm but I can't find any info anywhere online on these. it says mfg in romania. but that's about all I can find on these anybody have any thoughts or info on these including quality or value.

Romania would be IOR pics would help but I bet it's capped 1/2MOA old Russian style turrets and either duplex, dragunov or MP8 reticule.

Yeah that's an older IOR with a one-off MP8 reticule. Looks like the eyepiece is loose which is common on those older ones. Might be FFP too.

Those older ones weren't that great and for 400-500 I'd rather save a little and find a used Vortex or Weaver.
