What are the Hide's NV members thoughts on this dedicated NV scope? I'm yote hunting from 100-225 yds with a bolt action 243 or 223. The Nemesis is more in my price range however I've never used the white phosphorus or quick silver before. My clip on is green. Is it a big deal or not? I realize they offer green but Armasight customer service tells me quick silver is the bomb! I've made no purchases yet.

Yes .. it appears Armasight isn't very popular here but I'm not looking for thermal .. I have thermal. I need a reasonable dedicated night vision scope.

That's the best you're going to get under $2K and still one of the best NV scopes ever made. Only downside is they're a little larger than some of the other options out there but I'd make that sacrifice to get the performance and value.
I have a PVS-4 and so does a friend of mine and they suck compared to a Nemesis 6
That PTS233 is made by Armasight with Flir parts just like all the other Armasight Thermal scopes!
You probably have gen 2 units.
Got any documentation to back up that claim?
Is there much of a difference with gen2 and Gen3 in the pvs4? I have no personal experience with them but the videos all make it looks basically the same and I remember reading an article on why Gen3 in the pvs4 didn’t gain much over gen2.
As for Armasight, the housing sure looks like typical Armasight stuff. No idea the quality gain/loss from previous stuff but it appears from the same line with an updated set of guts.
