Asshole neighbors

Untrained dogs that are neglected & bored are often ripe for a bit of befriending. Just a matter of finding out what they like, special treats, live rabbits, the right smell etc.

All but one was thrilled just to have someone pet them. The one was very timid and wouldn't come near us. The neighbors on the other side have a dog that is left outside a lot and he will bark until I go up to the fence and pet him. He tries to use your arm as a chew toy but he's a good dog. I don't understand why people get a dog just to leave them outside all the time.

I also have problems with the neighbors' dogs. The one to the east shits in my east yard almost daily. The one to the south, across the street, shits around the other sides of my house almost daily. We are constantly picking up dog shit and we don't even own a fucking mutt. I'm from the country, and back there this would be taken care of with a late night 22 behind the ear or an arrow and a shovel " ooh no your dog is missing, coyote probably got em". But not here, these rich pricks would probably get forensics out here to track them down. I have deployed the airsoft AR a few times but they come back after a few days. The HOA does not allow fences, although leash laws are in effect, no one seems to enforce them.I've seriously considered taking a Taco Bell shit :poop:in their driveway but I think they have cameras. I'm so frustrated thanks for the outlet.

Shit in a plastic bag once a week! Box up bag! Mail to neighbors!

Same issue in parents neighborhood. Their neighbor bagged up all the dog shit and delivered it to the offenders house, saying “this belongs to you.” And dropped on the front porch.

Used to spend about $400 every spring, $100 in the fall to keep nice grass with patterns cut into it so that it looked professionally done......then my neighbors would stop to allow their dogs to piss, shit and dig in my yard? I live in a decent neighborhood with largely professional residents? UnF’n real to me that someone would allow their animal to destroy someone else’s property? Seriously considering cameras to catch the perps allowing their dogs to do this so I know where to deliver my two labs weekly deposits. HOA’s......now I just wait until the fuckers send me a note to say that the front yard isn’t green enough, cover it in about 700#’s of steer manure (scented of course) and light it up with the sprinklers in 100 + Phoenix summer heat????......??

Live on a farm where my neighbors are fields, pecan orchards and a horse farm. Even in the country you can asshole neighbors. Horse farm is owned by a guy from Sinaloa. When they irrigate they waste a bunch of water and run the pump without a muffler which is generally at night. Can't hear it in the house but when outside its pretty loud. Suggested one time they may want to install a muffler but no habla ingles. Rumor has it is that the farms owner is in the import/export business.

30 Cal AP.

Problem solved.

It would have to be pretty important for me to screw with a guy from Sinaloa that was in the import/export business. I’d either be his nicest neighbor or I’d SSS. No in between.

So true. Not long after they purchased the farm a body was found in a drainage ditch next to it. Lots of Federal agents on the scene and not a single word in the press about it. Was working in my shop when a bunch of black Suburbans showed up with government license plates, Best leave well enough alone

My neighbors are 700 yards away either direction. One has a dumpy run down farm but he's decent enough and far enough away that it doesn't bother me. Never met the other one.

Since they're not assholes it suddenly occurs to me that I must be the asshole. Between keeping my place a lot better looking than theirs and shooting 2-7 days a week its possible that I'm the one sticking out like a sore thumb.

Funny neighbor story.
Mine is a short 1/4 mile dead east.
It also happens to be relation.
They have always had a high opinion of themselves.
When the roads were being renamed, used to be versions of RR1 ect, a buddy of mine is the road commissioner.
These roads are surrounded by family ground.
Our new designation is my last name.
This didn't sit well with the relatives/neighbors, in fact they took the time to tell me so.
Taking this into consideration I believe I'm going to paint, in 3 foot letters, our address on my shed facing the road.
Does my heart good knowing that they can see this from their pool and anywhere from their yard.

After years of them playing the assholes karma has come around at last.

I have had problems with both my next door neighbors. There was a cedar fence on the west side so old I had been shoring it up years. When the south side fence needed replacing I replaced the west one as well. Turns out the west one belonged to the neighbor. He threw a shit fit. I said oops sorry you got a new fence. He took me to court. Judge told him not to look a gift horse in the mouth and get the fuck out of his courtroom. The east side neighbor pecan tree encroached the power lines and on a windy day it cut the power down stream. I knocked on her door and asked if she had any lights. She said yes and so I left and called the light company. Lineman shows up and trims off the numerous pecan branches encroaching the lines. He restores power. Neighbor later bangs on my door complaining about what happened to her pecan tree. I say the lineman did it. She say she going to call light company to pay for the damage. I say I spoke with lineman and light company going to send you a bill for the damage to their property, which they did. To this day she thinks I had some thing to do with it. Later she backs into my fire hydrant near the street and knocks it off center. She gets out, looks around, and drives off. No big deal so I call cops. Easy investigation. The city sends her bill to fix it. One day she is missing her little Chihuahua that is always running in the street when the neighbor is outside. She knocks on my door telling me it must have got out the night before. I say, damn, saw a barn owl sail down the alley and I could hear a dog yelping and climbing away at the same time. She called the cops on me. I tell them the same story. Personally, I'm pretty sure somebody stole that dog from her and gave it to somebody that would take good care of it.

After typing 4 paragraphs, I decided to delete. Let's just say our asshole neighbor likes to dress up all black and roam the neighborhood at 3 a.m. assassinating dandelions on his neighbor's properties. The first time I caught him, I gave him a warning. The second time I took away his black camo sprayer and tossed him across the property line with a warning that next time there would be shots fired. The third time he was spraying across the road on an elderly Chinese couple's property. Watching the old dude push him and his (new) black camo tank off his property was priceless. By the way, when I took his tank, he called the sheriff. A deputy came out and tried to tell me that I could not police my front yard in the middle of the night. So I called a meeting with his boss and he was relieved of duty. Permanently.

The issue I had is that the neighbors on either side of me would park their trash cans over the property line, and any other trash they had. Some weeks the sidewalk would be blocked from all their crap.

One had property that intersected mine and it was cut weekly up to the driveway. The other I always cut a bit over as the flower bed backed up to my side yard. Never once did either say Thank you. Doesn't really matter as I did not do it for the thanks. It was done to be neighborly.

However, when I asked them to keep their trash on their property, then suddenly I was the a**hole. Don't get me started about the dogs crapping in the yard.

I hate people lol. I have new neighbors and they cut their grass twice in 3 months but nothing outside of the fenced in area. The last neighbors did the same thing so I said fuck it and took ground clear and a roundup mixture and killed everything so I don't have to fuck with it. Their retaining wall fell and is laying on my fence, they decided it would just be easier to block that part off with a privacy fence and just leave it for me. Fuck worthless mother fuckers! It won't be good if the tree branch that broke during the last storm finishes breaking off and lands on my garage.

I'll be happy to come over with one of this and take care of the wall problem......maybe include their house as well

That's funny. One of my new in-laws is a jailbird. He decided to steal a piece of heavy construction equipment and drive it home because he was drunk, aside from being generally lazy and light-fingered. So, anyway, dumbass parked it right next to his place, jumped off into mud, and walked from there to his front door through yet more mud. Perfect fucking evidence, open and shut case. Seems my DIL got most of the brains among her siblings.

Lots of issues with one neighbor over >decade. Country-ish, each of us owns 15 acres, rest of short street 1-2 acre lots. They let their dogs run loose, I had tons of issues with them coming into my garage (150 yards from their place) and carrying stuff off. Coming over and attacking my dog(s) in my yard. Once making a concerted effort to attack my 2-yr-old, only stopped when my dog inserted himself in between at the last second. They just called me a liar and said it never happened. There have been at least half a dozen times I could have legally shot their dogs and I have not, though I will say judicious application of 22 birdshot from a smoothbore choked 22 in a situation where I could legally have killed the animals led to those particular animals never leaving their home property again.

I don't expect a lot from neighbors in the country, other than you do whatever you and on your property, I will do so on mine, we take responsibility for animals etc, and generally do our own thing with mutual respect.

That looks like its right off Hiway 71 just west of Austin with the Colorado in the background.

Which one of us can say he hasnt dreamed of doing that. I would have liked to see on huge explosion at the end but I guess they had to contain the trash.

Go buy the biggest can of ground cayenne pepper you can, then sprinkle it around the area where they're shitting....
