Not sure why this is so hard for me to figure out but I cant seem to lock the diopter. The instructions say that after you get your diopter where you want it grasp it and hold it still while you rotate the lock ring clockwise (this puts the lock ring up against the magnification ring). I torque it down then go to move the diopter and it's not locked at all, it spins freely changing the diopter without moving the magnification. ...I don't get it.

If I spin the lock ring counterclockwise putting it up against the diopter it seems to lock it as one unit

I found this youtube video and he spins it counter clockwise from behind the scope to lock it, what the F LOL

Why would nightforce say clockwise while looking down the muzzle of a gun, that isn't how you use a scope. if you're going to say clockwise or counterclockwise it should be from the position YOU USE A SCOPE. lol

I might have to call nightforce and inform them of what what clockwise means.
