Thanks guys. The base is magpul fde, the dark brown is custom mixed, and the medium color is a mix of tiger stripe brown and dark brown. And yes it was done with a sponge after I finally figured out the best way to use sponges.

Wwell-done! Now, what color will you be using on the barrel, trigger, trigger guard, scope base, rings, and scope?

Actually it was only painted as a sample. If I was doing an entire gun I would have done it assembled. Or, a solid fde would probably match well on the metal.
