how is Atholon customer service ? Would like to know before I pull the tiger on the ETR.

I only had one experience, but it was fantastic. I bought a used Cronus Tactical spotter, and the coating was flaking a little bit on the inside objective. Sent them the scope, had a new one in less than a week. No questions asked.

Had to use their CS once and it was *excellent*...scope parallax would not focus past 250 yards and they didn't have that model for replacement, so sent me a step up for a very small fee.

It is excellent! Quick turnaround and easy to talk to an individual and get personal attention when necessary. BTW, it is Athlon.

The only experience I had initially bothered me because I got no communication that they received my warranty job. A week later a brand new scope showed up in the mail. No questions asked. I’ll not complain
