Atlas Bipod in stock: Triad tactical has 5 ADM

Re: Atlas Bipod in stock: One left

I called around last week based on a Google search and ordered a BT10-NC from Milehighshooting.com. They had 4 in stock and available for sale. Turns out they're on the 'Hide too. Very nice to deal with.

I also ordered the LaRue LT-171 to mount it.

Re: Atlas Bipod in stock: One left

I ordered another Atlas this morning. Triad has em as of this morning. This makes the 2nd one I've got from Triad. Steve is a great guy to do business with.

+1 for Triad. Got mine there, too. Steve is a great guy to work with and they seem to have em in stock more often than most other places (unless they keeps the precious and not tells anyones!)

Re: Atlas Bipod in stock: One left

Steve posted in this thread last week that he was going to be recieving a shipment and I checked his site about 5 times a day until they finally got 'em. Mine's due here Friday. I ordered the throw lever model as it'll be on and off of my AR quite a bit. Should be a great upgrade over the Harris I'm used to using.

Haha thanks. One of my faves. I'm glad Triad is getting a lot of these. Good people that deserve the business. So any news on this announcement they were going to make today?

Couldn't agree more. This was my first experience with Triad and it couldn't have gone better.
On a side note.I met the UPS guy coming down the drive and he handed me the box. When I got it, at first I thought someone forgot to put the bipod in the box. It felt like it was empty. I was expecting this Atlas to be a little heavier. It's a perfect match for my coyote calling rig. I ordered the throw lever mount as it gets pulled off and installed quite frequently.

Big +1 for Kasey and Steve at Triad.

Re: Atlas Bipod in stock: One left

Got it today. Steve and Triad rock.

Now that the stock has been modded to mount the rail, the epoxy's dry, and I've had a chance to dry fire behind an Atlas, I TOTALLY get why they are so hot.

Everything else is f-ing prehistoric in comparison.

OBTW, for those wondering about Sinclair's "tactical" bipod, don't bother. It costs basically the same as an Atlas, it is bulky as fuck, the mount system is ridiculously large, the adjustments are crude, and there is no pan feature.

It took me all of 30 minutes screwing with it at home to decide to box it up and return it. It never even made it to the range, it sucks so bad.

Sorry Sinclair, your design is a turd.

Re: Atlas Bipod in stock: One left

I got to fire from the Atlas yesterday and to say that I impressed is an understatement.

It makes it very easy to load the bipod up and the rifle recoils straight back without hopping even on concrete. Can't wait to run it on grass....
