I received my PSR today and can honestly say that I am impressed and that it is worth the cost of admission.

However, the picatinny rail attachment sucks. It is loose and rattles. Is the arca interface better?

Press the lever inward while in the unlocked position. The nut on the other side will push out. You can then adjust in or out which adjust tension

I have the Cal with picatinny and absolutely love my atlas

check out the Atlas tension wrench by Victor Co , it will allow you to stiffen up the bipod so it wont pan and tilt around so much

I like the Gen2 CAL, but ended up with a Super CAL for most centerfire bolt rifle needs and a TBAC for semis.

I have the atlas cal Gen II and TBAC. Honestly find myself liking the atlas better the more I use both
Well then you’d love the leg extensions I have for sale in the PX!

I bought a set for mine a while ago

Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome bipod. I like the quick deployment. Much like a Harris is. The things that make me like atlas more are two main ones,

    - The collar on the atlas legs i find easier to grab and adjust the leg out. When I need a touch more height I tilt the gun and rip the leg to the ground. The TBAC because of the button location on the bottom of the leg I find it more difficult to make those last second adjustments. I do find it easier to take height off with the TBAC. But rarely is that an issue for me

    - My biggest gripe about the TBAC for my use which is primarily crop damage shooting (corn/alfalfa fields) is the inside of the leg extends to the ground vs the outside on the atlas. So the TBAC collects mud and dirt where the atlas can literally be in 6” of loose soil and not cause dirt to get inside the legs

The TBAC has more “slop”. Doesn’t matter to me but does to some. The leg extensions add more to that yet

I’ve been running my TBAC more on my rimfire and pcp guns lately and works well for those
