The damn college that is my northern neighbor has a load of lights on for their security, and even left the flood on all the atheletic fields on! So much for practiig what they preach when it comes to being enviromntally responsible.
The sky is reall clear. Plent of stars with dew forming down low right now, but no aurora visible. that's a shame. i haven't seen that since I became a Bluenose.

Too much ambient light for me to see anything. bummer, one more reason to hate winston salem.

was unloading a load of logs near west branch, mi. they were awesome, been several years since ive seen them like that.

Kind of saw a faint red glow up here in Cleveland, but there's too much ambient light around to get a good view.

I've never seen it before, and honestly don't know much about it. I'd really like to see it though.

It was visible is Central Michigan area too, a vibrant red color.
