Movie Theater AVA with Jennifer Chastain

Admittedly I picked this up because Jennifer Chastain is smoking hot and a pretty decent actress on top of that. She couldn't salvage it, though, even with all of that incredible cast. I think it was a flat script and there was a lot of problems with reality such as a highly trained female operative (Jennifer C) killing like three or four squads of crack troops one right after the other, several times at a time, and physically beating the crap out of highly trained men that weigh three times her weight.

Jessica Chastain...

Watched this tonight. Something of a John Wick knockoff. Not terrible, but you’re right about pretty much everything.
Not much plot or character development. Nothing smart or innovative about the choreography or cinematography.
The most interesting weapon is her glock 43. No gun porn to speak of. Almost as if they’re downplaying guns.

I get why the movies use the SWAT guys as punching bags to prove the badassness of the protagonist or antagonist, but it is getting stale, and is of course unrealistic.

Jessica Chastain...

Watched this tonight. Something of a John Wick knockoff. Not terrible, but you’re right about pretty much everything.
Not much plot or character development. Nothing smart or innovative about the choreography or cinematography.

The last similar flick I watched like this had a hot blonde supermodel string bean who was knocking off entire platoons of Russians and various operatives. Forgot the name of it but she walks into a restaurant wearing a long white mink coat and hat and then unleashes on a bunch of unsuspecting denizens and then walks away.

Hey, I see nothing wrong with watching to see if a girl can handle herself in a crowd to see if she is marriage material Most of the chicks I worked with when I was in were bad ass anyway because of the kit they had to sign for and eventually they got sick of others cannibalizing their kit for their own purposes and then that's when the shit hits the fan ;-) Hiya! I think there was a segment on one of Bill Burr’s podcasts where he was talking about this. The whole “80# woman beating the shit out of a 250#+ dude, let alone a wave of them.” His wife walked in and was like “but you have no problem watching Vin Diesel drive a car through a skyscraper.” it was hilarious.
