Aw mag holders

These. My bro just picked up some from Armageddon Gear. They are also adjustable, so if you wanted to set them up for AI 5rd or 10rd mags you can.

Hi Turk. Welcome to the new/old Hide. I see you're like me and didn't have an account on the old/old Hide and had your post count eradicated.:D

I have been running a pair of TAB Gear pouches for about 3 years. Picked up an Armageddon pouch a few months ago and like everything else they make it is great.

I've been using the ones from Big Dog Steel for a couple years and am quite happy with them. The mags retain perfectly and are ready when needed. Yes, they are singles, but I use two with no issues. Worth every penny.

All of the others listed so far are also good and I have some of them (gear whore). For those that want soft mag holders, there are also the ones offered by Triad Tactical. They are solid.

And as for lost posts, I think that I gave up about 3000 by coming back here, with my old name, but that doesn't mean shit really.

edit: and herofish (Bison Tactical) is good people too.

These are adjustable and you can use these for just about any short action magazine, and run them on your belt or MOLLE. They can be Flap covered or "open top" with bungee retention. You can use one or stack two if going open top.

We also have tradition open top pouches and flapped double pouches as well.

They will not fit. The AI/AW mags are both too long, and too tall to fit in an AR soft pouch either vertically or horizontally.

False, They do fit just fine. I have been using them for at least a year now. Put some hard foam at the bottom of the tacos and that keeps the mag easily accessible. I actually use the double tacos and put my kestrel in the pistol pocket.

I had a brain fart. I'm using BFG mag pouches, not the HSGI specifically. They're different, and not as flexible as the HSGI tacos. Sorry for any confusion.
