Gunsmithing AW magazines in AI AX chassis?

My search-fu is weak, so apologies in advance if this has already been aired out elsewhere.

I have a Surgeon 591 short action that I am thinking of putting into an AI AX chassis. This action has been modified to accept AI AW magazines and runs them like a champ. My question: Will any modification of the AX chassis be necessary to run the AW mags, or will they fit as is? I accept that some slight relief work will need to be done on the chassis recoil lug slot and bolt recess to accept the 591 action but I'd really like to know what chassis mods will be necessary to continue usage of the AW mags.

No other mods should be required.

The AX mags have a lip in the front that facilitates a more positive lock up but the AW mags work just fine.
