Thanks! Been looking at this chassis for my 223 rem 700 with a 16.5“ barrel or a 20” in what will be a 6.5cm. Seems I need to go with a 13” hand guard then. Have not had much luck narrowing it down with the googles.

13” is the way to go. I prefer the 10” like on the MK13 but I’ve got the 13” so that’s what I’m running.

Just about got it all finished up. Got the AI scope base and top rail mounted. Had my buddy mill the scope base to clear the WTO lug. Just need to cerakote it to match and it’s all wrapped up.

I had my 6.5CM out today since it's been a long while since I've shot it and it showed. Wind kicked my ass today and made me look like a chump but that's what it does I guess.

Something I've done to this one and my other AX is wrap the RRS Arca adapter with skateboard tape and then dab it with rattle can paint to color match it. Even with the paint it's quite grippy.

Did it to the grip too and did some arts and crafts to it so it didn't look like gray sparkly grip tape.

No mods at all. I torqued everything down to the propper spec and it shoots like a dream. Found the Norma 143gr shoot incredibly well.
