AZ TPRC 2011

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

he is definitely an idiot... and he might be a very hated man at some point. especially since he didn't re-deliver two large envelopes today that he was supposed to drop by according to the little note he left yesterday while we were at work.

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

Yea my mail person is useless as well. He probably didn’t want to walk the length of the driveway so he will make you come to the post office to get it.

FAIL! I never send in Signature Required exactly for that reason. A few did for TBRC and since I don't check the PO Box EVERY day, their stuff got sent back.

Mine's been pretty good. We'll see if that changes when my backorder for 2000 bullets comes in the mail. Priority Mail = up to 70 lbs...if it fits-it ships

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

Sorry, i even added another 6 slots to help accomadate, but signature required sucks.............

If you are on the wait list or have a slot, you can not come down and shoot our monthly match in Nov/DEC/Jan.

Hopefully everyone will get in. I had 10 people call or email me wanting to save slots, but fair is fair.

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

Yes sir, Top to bottom. As much as I want everyone to shoot, we just put down the first ones we opened up. It sucks cause there are several friends of mine I want to come, but how do you make it fair for everyone. I hope the ones on the wait list understand and like i said, everyone from the wait list got in last year.

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

There's a bunch of us with our fingers crossed -- I am WAAAAY DOWN on the waiting list

Anyone cancel yet?

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

In case anyone was worried about NOT being able to have a chance to shoot off of a giant boulder, we just has some shipped in, special, from Prescott.

Less than 8 weeks til TPRC 2011

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

Excellent! Looks like I will be practicing off giant boulders next weekend.

Super stoked for the match.

Question are there any restrictions on magazine capacity for the match?
I know in Vegas Kurt does not allow any more than 5 rounds in the rifle at a time.

No cap on mag capacity... but you might want to bring more than one.

This is straight off the match application:

"Caliber restricted: 6mm to 300win, not to exceed 3100fps. We reserve the right to chrono. You will be disqualified if you run a 3 shot avg. over 3100fps."

But if I can come up with a "beta mag" would that work?

I'm just the messenger. I typed what was on the existing application form. I didn't write it myself. My bad. Should have changed that to 6mm to 30 caliber. I'm still pretty new to shooting so I didn't catch it...

Thanks, I remembered reading it somewhere but couldn't find it on the website.

I did really well on the KYL rack off that tree a while back too.
I can't say I'm going to miss it though.
Better to have new props than the same thing we see every time!
Heck, maybe you can roll that big prescott rock up there!

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

I'm pretty sure I broke a target shooting from the live tree last year ... two years runnin' on breakin' targets! Now if I could just shoot good enough to get one of them rifles off the prize table :)

Re: AZ TPRC 2011

My "opinion" is that you will not need it but it is up to all competitors to bring the necessary equipment they think they will need to be successful.

Now with that said it will probably rain like hell again and you'll wish you had it.
