Gunsmithing B&C Medalist with Harris, need adapter?

Getting a Medalist Varmint/Tactical for my M700.

Do I need to get the Harris bipod adapter? It looks like it's got an awful flat foreend.....

I just put my 700 SPS action in a B&C A2...I don's see a need for the adapter. The bipod is sitting nice and tight.

Charlie, I had the A2 and currently have the A5. They both are flat on the fore end. I just snug the bipod up and it barely tries to turn. Nothing to worry about though.

Thanks for the offer, I may have to wait a while to find out though. I just ordered from Stockys last night, who knows how long it'll be before the stock ships....

It will come with one sling/bipod stud. If you want to run both you'll need to spend the $5 for another.
