I just spent 3.5 hours I letting a drop in stock from Bell and Carlson. I understand minor fitting. But this is rediculous. The barrel channel wasn't even close. Any one else been running into issues like this with B&C stocks?

I am also looking at getting a B&C Medalist for my A-bolt 30-06. Did you get the medalist or the carbalite?

I have a bnc and every time I drop it I find empty holes under the coating big enough I can put the tip of my finger in it
i had one the main problem was getting in the mag well and back bolt for the receiver, some airbubbles when letting but nothing i could put my finger in.
Theres a number of different browning inlets if I remember correctly. I know my older ABOLT take different bases then the new ones.
I ordered the medalist. Be the last stock I ever buy from them. My dad bought one some years ago and wasn't happy. I really wanted something other than the crappy OE stock. There ain't much options for the A-Bolt out there. If it wasn't a trade I woulda bought a Remington 700 in 300 win mag. Stock options are a lot better. Lol. It's still an option because I'd like DBM.
