So I got a birthday coming up and my wife keeps asking me what I want, I cant decide. There's kind of a cap on the present due to the fact that I will most likely be paying for most if not all of it...... SO I'm torn between a few things one of which I don't know what it is yet and the other two are down to this. CMP M1 Service Grade or a lowered priced "sound altering" device for my .308 build. All around I'm trying not to spend too much over 700 bucks. I'm thinking the can because 1 I've never owned one of my own, 2 would be great for my shooting situation (not great ranges people get irritated a lot), and 3 well shit its a "sound altering" device..... The M1 is about the same reasons but 3, I love to shoot and always wanted one and I love projects and I think this would be a great one. Im really torn because I don't get to shoot as much as I would like to anymore (change of location) so when I do I want to enjoy myself. What do yall think on this?

LoL, chose the verb-age because Can, suppressor, silencer, I would be deemed un-worthy for being a newbie on the subject. So I went with technical description....... bite me, or "orally assault me" for you fucking nit-pickers who find fault with everything anyone posts.
