Rifle Scopes Badger Rings for Nightforce/5r combo

I am about to lay some money down for some badger rings and rail.

I have a Remington 5r and a Nightforce 5.5-22x56 scope.

Can anyone recommend me a height for the rings to get that 56 optical as far down as possible?

What is you're barrel contour?
For a 56mm Obj with a 20 moa base, 1" usually gives clearance close enough to add flip ups.
