Ballistics Solver in a GPS in addition to Kestrel?

Is there a reason to get a Garmin GPS with ballistics solver when that software is already in a Kestrel? Might it run better on one vs the other?

if you’re trying to choose between a Garmin foretrex and a kestrel get the kestrel, the disadvantage of the foretrex is, it doesn’t have automatic wind and you have to manually put it in.

But I do like my Foretrex. I use it a lot and will get a 901 eventually.

I have the Kestrel 2500, Just picked up the 901 and learning. I like the screen better. Downloaded the AB Garmin. is there and advantages to downloading the AB software with it
