for your information: salesman at gun shop showed me this device. He then produced an AR with lvpo, and placing sig on forward rail it also can be used as a clip On. Standalone (dedicated rifle) or expanding capability of day scope. not sure to what range, probably close to range achieved when used as dedicated device. Ymmv.
